Deposit and Payment Methods

A $50 Non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied towards your total balance.

For photography sessions in we accept:

Venmo, Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay

Your remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your photo shoot or event.

Photo Delivery

How long does it take to receive my photos?

Clients typically receive their edited Savannah photography gallery within 5–7 business days.

Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery sent to your email, phone number, or social media.

If you need your photos faster, a 48-hour expedited editing option is available for $50.

Final images are released only after the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Can I reschedule my photography session?

Yes. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice.

If rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your $50 deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your session date.

If ShotbyOddyssey must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule your Savannah photography session

Session Preparation

What happens if I arrive late to my shoot?

To ensure you receive your full session time, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled shoot.

  • After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will apply.

  • After 30 minutes, the session will be automatically cancelled.

If you need extra time to prepare, please notify me at least one hour before your scheduled shoot.

Can I bring a friend or guest to my photoshoot?

Yes! Clients are welcome to bring one to two guest for support during their photography session.

However, clients are responsible for their guest’s behavior to ensure a professional and comfortable environment.

Can I bring outfit changes or props?

Absolutely. Outfit changes and props are welcome during your Savannah portrait or branding photography session.

Please notify me in advance if you plan to bring special props or need additional setup time.

For best results, I recommend researching poses or inspiration before your session.

Photography Locations

Who chooses the photoshoot location?

Clients are responsible for selecting their preferred shoot location in Savannah, GA.

If you need help choosing a location, I offer location consulting for $15, where I help select the perfect setting based on your vision.

Do you travel outside Savannah for photoshoots?

Yes. Travel is available outside the Savannah area.

For sessions outside Savannah, Georgia, please contact me before booking to confirm availability.

$75 travel fee may apply depending on the distance.

Photo Usage & Copyright

Who owns the copyright to the photos?

ShotbyOddyssey retains full copyright ownership of all photographs captured during the session.

Images may be used for:

  • Portfolio

  • Social media

  • Website marketing

  • Promotional materials

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Safety & Liability

Are you responsible for accidents during the session?

ShotbyOddyssey strives to maintain a safe and professional photography environment during every session.

However, the photographer is not liable for accidents or injuries that may occur during the shoot.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that their chosen location allows photography and has any necessary permits.
